<div align="left"><span style="font-size: 14px"> 隨著我國改革開放政策的實施,國民經(jīng)濟(jì)獲得快速增長,城鎮(zhèn)住宅、公共建筑和旅游設(shè)施大量興建,對熱水供應(yīng)和生活用水供給提出了新的要求。特別是水質(zhì)問題,人們越來越重視,要求也不斷提高。鍍鋅鋼管這一常用管材因其易腐蝕性,在國家相關(guān)政策的影響下,將逐漸退出歷史舞臺,塑料管、復(fù)合管及銅管成了管道系統(tǒng)的常用管材。但在許多情況下,不銹鋼管更有優(yōu)越性,特別是壁厚僅為0.6~1.2mm的薄壁不銹鋼管在上等飲用水系統(tǒng)、熱水系統(tǒng)及將**、衛(wèi)生放在首位的給水系統(tǒng),具有**可靠、衛(wèi)生環(huán)保、經(jīng)濟(jì)適用等特點。已被國內(nèi)外工程實踐證明是給水系統(tǒng)綜合性能*好的、新型、節(jié)能和環(huán)保型的管材之一,也是一種很有競爭力的給水管材,必將對改善水質(zhì)、提高人們生活水平發(fā)揮無可比擬的作用。</span></div>

不銹鋼無縫鋼管 不銹鋼無縫鋼管是一種具有中空截面、周邊沒有接縫的長條鋼材。
◆ 無縫鋼管的制造工藝及流程
冶煉>鋼錠>軋鋼>鋸切>剝皮>穿孔>退火>酸洗>上灰>冷拔>切頭>酸洗>入庫
◆ 無縫鋼管的特點
從上面的工藝流程我們不難看出:其一、該產(chǎn)品的壁厚越厚,它就越具有經(jīng)濟(jì)性和實用性,壁厚越薄,它的加工成本就會大幅度的上升;其次、該產(chǎn)品的工藝決定它的局限性,一般無縫鋼管精度低:壁厚不均勻、管內(nèi)外表光亮度低、定尺成本高,且內(nèi)外表還有麻點、黑點不易去除;其三、它的檢測及整形必須離線處理。因此,它在高壓、高強(qiáng)度、機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)用材方面體現(xiàn)了它的優(yōu)越性。
(2)焊管 ;(a) 按工藝分類——氣體保護(hù)焊管、電弧焊管、電阻焊管(高頻、低頻)
(b) 按焊縫分——直縫焊管、螺旋焊管
不銹鋼焊接鋼管
焊接鋼管簡稱焊管,是用鋼板或鋼帶經(jīng)過機(jī)組和模具卷曲成型后焊接制成的鋼管。

◆ 焊接鋼管的特點
從上面的工藝流程我們不難看出:其一、該產(chǎn)品是連續(xù)在線生產(chǎn),壁厚越厚,機(jī)組及溶接設(shè)備的投資就越大,它就越不具有經(jīng)濟(jì)性和實用性。壁厚越薄,它的投入產(chǎn)出比就會相應(yīng)下降;其次該產(chǎn)品的工藝決定它的優(yōu)缺點,一般焊接鋼管精度高、壁厚均勻、管內(nèi)外表光亮度高(鋼板的表面等級決定的鋼管表面亮度)、可任意定尺。因此,它在高精度、中低壓流體應(yīng)用方面體現(xiàn)了它的經(jīng)濟(jì)性及美觀性。

(2)厚壁鋼管 4、按用途分類(1)民用管:分圓管、矩管、花管,一般用于裝飾、建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)等方面;
